RECIPE

1 litre milk
2 tablespoon semolina
2 tablespoon maziena
Boil till it thickens kip stiring
Then remove from stove add 1 tin condensed milk and 1 small tin nestle cream add badam (almond) the green nuts and ¼ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom). Pour in mould freeze over nite.
