Mix all following ingredients in mixer: 2 cups warm water 4 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoon yeast 5 cups flour ¼ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon klim- secret ingredient that makes them so soft ½ cup oil 1 teaspoon baking powder
Oil bowl and leave to rise about 30 minutes.

Chicken filling 2 cups chicken fillet cubed 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste ½ teaspoon ground garlic 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) ½ teaspoon zesty lemon pepper ½ teaspoon Ina Parman chilli and garlic seasoning 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons tomato sauce 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons mustard sauce
In pot melt butter and add chicken and all ingredients besides sauces. Once chicken is almost cooked add sauces. Allow to cool.
Divide dough into 6 portions. Roll out like roti and cut into 8 triangles. Fill and roll up like a croissant. Egg wash and bake @180 till golden.
Allow to cool. Now freezer suitable.
When warming allow to thaw completely warm in micro for a few seconds. Enjoy.
