2 cups chicken fillet cubed 1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 teaspoon salt ½ tblpn green masala ½ tblpn green chillies crushed ½ teaspoon black pepper
cook till done..
soak 4 slices bread in 1 cup milk for 15mins..
whisk 2 eggs and add bread mixture. . mash together.
now add 60g butter 1 big tin creamstyle sweetcorn 1 tablespoon tastee wheat 1 teaspoon baking powder can add 1/4cup frozen peas (I dont add the peas) freshly chopped green dhania (coriander) and add the cooked chicken
mix well (I whisked everything in the kenwood) and pour into well oiled pyrex dish and bake for abt 1 hour 15mins till a bit brown at the top..
cut into squares, cool and freeze..
when using thaw for abt 30mins to an hour and then dip in beaten egg and fry
