Capucchino Muffins With Choc Chip & Oreo

INGREDIENTS

1 x 500g Capucchino Muffin Mix
½ Cup of roughlty chopped chocolate
4 Oreo Biscuits ( Roughly Crushed )
Baking Chocolate and a little Milk to make a smooth icing

METHOD

Prepare Muffin Mix as per directed on Packet.
Add roughly chopped choc & spoon into muffin trays.
Bake for about 20 minutes. remove and cool.

Prepare Choclate Icing - Melt Choc in Microwave, checking after every 10 sec, to ensure it does not burn. add a little milk and a tblspoon of cocoa powder to for a smooth consistency. spoon icing over cooled muffins, sprinkle over the crushed Oreo Biscuits and dust with edible glitter!
