1 red pepper 2 tablespoon tomato puree 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 tablespoon chilli garlic paste 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon lemon juice Saffron 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste 1 chicken – cleaned and cut into pieces OR chicken fillets
Place all ingredients except chicken. into magimix and blend until a smooth paste forms Marinate the chicken for an hour or overnight in the fridge.
Melt 100g butter in a pot. Cook the chicken on low / medium until done (½ hour).. Serve with chips and salads.. Enjoy
