1 red pepper2 tablespoon tomato puree1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder1 tablespoon chilli garlic paste2 tablespoon mayonnaise2 tablespoon lemon juiceSaffron1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste 1 chicken – cleaned and cut into pieces OR chicken fillets
Place all ingredients except chicken. into magimix and blend until a smooth paste formsMarinate the chicken for an hour or overnight in the fridge.
Melt 100g butter in a pot.Cook the chicken on low / medium until done (½ hour).. Serve with chips and salads.. Enjoy
