800g sliced or diced Chicken ( U can also us only fillets ) 100g Butter 4 tblspoon oil 3 Cloves Garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon Tumeric 2 tablespoon Garam Masala 4 teaspoon Hot curry powder ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Salt to taste 4- largeTomatoes grated or puree 2 Onion grated or liquidised ½ Cup or 200ml Fresh cream Cream Slices of lemom & Coriander to garnish
Marinate the Chicken with all the Spices. Melt the butter & oil in pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add the chicken. Stir until golden. Add the tomato puree, Cook for 12-15 minutes. Stir in the cream. cook for 3 more minutes on low heat. turn off and simmer for 5-8 minutes until rich and creamy. Simply DIVINE!
