RECIPE
1 chopped onion
Braise with half teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) and 2 slit whole chillies
Once braised add
1 cup chicken mince
Half chopped raw onion
2 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon sourmilk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
Crushed chillies and salt to taste
Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) - garum masala
1 teaspoon chicken spice
Cook till mince is done
Then add in 3 liquidized tomatoes
Add in 12 bunches chopped and washed Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach)
Add in half cup frozen peas
Sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar
Once u add in bhaji (Spinach) do not stir too much,or else it turns bitter
Simmer till thickens
