RECIPE

Soak 4 tablespoon sago in ½ cup water.Heat 1L long life milk2 teaspoon custard powder1 teaspoon falooda powder¼ teaspoon elachie powderSoaked sagoFew drops colouring of choice Boil above till thick stirring continuously to prevent scorching.Add in 1 tin condensed milk ½ can nestle cream Empty into serving dish. Sprinkle chopped coloured badam (almond) over. Chill and serve
