INGREDIENTS
Store bought butter croissants (I use Woolworths croissants)
Cook cubed chicken fillet with the following:Salt, black pepper, red masala, fine red chillies, chicken spice, Dhana jeeru (cumin), lemon juice, ghee (Clarified butter), olive oil, tomato sauce, mustard sauce, garlic flakes & peri peri sauce.
Sundried tomatoes, shredded lettuce, garlic butter, coarse black pepper,origanum, parsley, miracle whip, grated cheese
METHOD
Slit croissants and spread with garlic butter. Spoon cooked chicken on top and garnish with lettuce and sundried tomatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese and black pepper, origanum and parsley. Drizzle the miracle whip on top and bake in oven until cheese melts.
