INGREDIENTS

FILLING:
1 cup cooked cubed fillets
1 cup mixed veggies cut up tiny
( green peppers & steamed mixed veggies)
250 ml fresh cream
1 tblsoon mayo
2 beaten eggs
2 tblspoon green masala (according to taste)
½ cup cheese
½ teaspoon salt (according to taste)
½ teaspoon pepper
dhania (coriander)
BASE:
1 ½ cups flour
2 tblspoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Sprinkle of aniseed
½ teaspoon salt
1 tblspoon lemon juice
Cold water to make a soft dough
METHOD
♡filling:mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl
♡base:sift the dry ingredients add the ghee (Clarified butter) and rub till resembles bread crumbs
♡add lemon juice and water to make a soft dough
♡roll out and put on a greased pyrex dish
(can also make small individual ones in a muffin pan)
♡pour the filling onto the base & leveling it out
♡sprikle some cheese & mixed herbs for garnishing
♡bake in a preheated oven of 180' until base is done and has left the sides if the dish..... cut and enjoy😋
