RECIPE
1 packet elbow macaroni
Boil with 1 cup frozen sweetcorn till soft
250g cubed chicken fillet
Cook with
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 tablespoon sourmilk
2 tablespoon mayonaise
1 teaspoon chicken spice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon red chillies
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
Braise quickly then add 3 ground tomatoes
Cook till saucy and thick
Layer in the bottom of a casserole
Place noodles ontop..
On noodles sprinkle chicken spice and a few slices of butter
Cover with cheese
Sprinkle with parsley, origanum and chopped green pepper..top with tomato slices and bake at 180 for 15 minutes
