INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/oil1 onion diced3 tablespoon ginger garlic crushed500g chicken fillet1 can cream style corn2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon chicken spice, barbecue spice , six gun spice1 teaspoon crushed chilliePastry1 egg
METHOD
*Saute the onions till light brown*Add in ginger garlic and mix*Add in your chicken with ½ cup water and cook till all the water has been evaporated and the chicken is fully cooked*Add in your spices, salt and chilies and mix*Lastly, add in your cream style corn and mix****Roll out your pastry and shape them how you like and add your filling*Whisk and egg and glaze your pies with a pastry brush, and sprinkle some sesame*Bake for 30 minutes until golden, left it sit for 5 minutes then serve
