INGREDIENTS
Salt and pepper chops.. ½ kg chops1 ½ tablespoons ginger/ garlic1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon dhania (coriander) powder2 tablespoons butter1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon lemon pepper2 dessertspoons mayonnaise1 dessertspoon mustard sauce3 green chilliessalt to taste
METHOD
Marinate chops with ginger/garlic, lemon juice, salt and dhania (coriander) powder. Heat oil add green chillies and chops..Cook on low heat until water has absorbed.Then add the lemon pepper, mustard sauce and mayonnaise. Stir well, then add butter, and cook till chops have browned.
