INGREDIENTS
1ltr milk
¾ cup vermicelli
1 tin condensed milk
1 x 155g tin nestle cream
2 tablespoon custard powder
2 tablespoon corn flour
1 x 410g tine canned peaches or any canned fruit ( optional )
METHOD
Boil vermicelli in little water until done. Mix custard powder and corn flour with a little milk to form a paste. In a pot, heat the rest of the milk and bring to boil, then add in the cream, condensed milk, vermicelli and custard paste. Mix well and allow contents to simmer till mixture thickens. Pour into dessert bowl. Drain syrup from peaches or any canned fruit and decorate as desired. Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
