1kg Chicken Fillet
2 teaspoon Crushed Garlic/Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chilles
1 teaspoon BBQ Spice
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Mochachos Chip Spice
1 teaspoon Portuguese Spice
¼ Cup Mochachos Mild/Hot Sauce
¼ Cup Nandos Mediterranean Sauce
Salt to taste ( BBQ spice and chip spice quite salty )
Mix all ingredients together in a dish, add fillets. Leave to marinate overnight / +/- 4 hours. Grill in oven or over hot coals. Keep basting with leftover marinade.
For burgers use seeded buns. Very tasty.
