INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken fillet, washed and cut lengthwise into half3 teaspoon Tandoori masala1&½ Red chilli paste¾ teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon Paprika 3 teaspoon Tandoori spice1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon brown Sugar 1&½ teaspoon crushed Garlic 2&½ teaspoon Portuguese spice2 tablespoon Tomato sauce 3 tablespoon Lemon juice 3 tablespoon plain Yogurt 3 tablespoon Olive oil
METHOD
Marinate the chicken fillets with all the ingredients.Place in a casserole and grill till done.
Serve with:Portuguese rollsMayo(optional)Crisp lettuce
