Makes 6-8 (depending how big you roll you roti)
3 ½ cups flour
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2 tablespoon oil
⅓ teaspoon salt
± 300ml boiling water
1. Rub ghee (Clarified butter) and oil into sifted flour and salt.
2. Pour hot water in slowly and kneed till soft dough forms.
3. Make into even sized balls.
4. Roll out on floured surface.
5. Fry on tawa with ghee (Clarified butter) until cooked on either side.
