INGREDIENTS
1 box of I&J shrimps
1000 island sauce
mayonaise
salt and pepper
peri peri spice
lemon juice
cucumber and lettuce
crushed cumin powder
METHOD
to cook shrimps: place in saucepan with
a little water salt and pepper and peri
peri spice. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and
little water. Allow to cook until pink
in color.
add shrimps to a bowl add approx. 2
tablespoon 1000 island sauce, 1 tablespoon mayo
peri peri spice according to your taste
and mix.
To set in a bowl: cut cucumber and
place on the outside of the bowl, place
lettuce leaves in front of that, pour
in shrimps and place a few small leaves
of lettuce in the centre with a small
wedge of lemon. Serve cold.
