INGREDIENTS
( Feeds approx 15-20 ppl)

Ingredients
3 Cups Rice ( Cooked and Cooled )
1kg McCaines Stir Fry Veges
Salt , Aromat (a South African Spice), Pepper, thmye for Favours
2 kg Shelled Prawns ( Heads removed, deveined)
1.5Kg Chicken Fillets ( Stripped and Fried in your choice of spices )
400g Sliced Mushrooms.
1 Large Onion Cubed
Oil & Butter mix ( your Limit )
METHOD
Method
Cooked Rice and set aside to cool.
In a Large Pot, fry Onion, Mushroom, Chicken Strips and Garlic in Butter/ Oil Mix,remove when browned. Add more Butter oil fry the prawns with seasoning and garlic (and Crushed ). Add your cooked chicken mix well and add your Rice, do not add all at once, you may prefer more of the chicken & prawn mix with lesser rice.
Note : I added about 3 tablespoon of butter once rice was added for more Flavour. ( This is one BIG POT! Enjoy
