Ingredients: 250g butter. ½ cup maizena (corn flour). ½ cup castor sugar. ½ cup finely chopped pecans. Aprrox. 2 cups cake flour.
Beat butter and sugar until white then add maizena (corn flour) and beat until creamy. Add in nuts. Lastly add flour forming into a soft dough. Push through a nozzle on a liner baking sheet. In a preheated oven of 160deg bake for 10 minutes. Biscuits must be light in colour. Remove from oven and cool. Then decorate with melted white and brown chocolate.
