Boil together1 cup sugar1 cup icing sugar1 cup water¼ pound butterBoil till a sticky syrup and sugar dissolved for approx 10 minutesMix in klim mixture..Allow to stand overnightThen add 1 teaspoon elachie powder1 tablespoon rose waterBeat with electric beaters and pipe into cups or mould as desired. Sprinkle with coloured almonds
