INGREDIENTS

1kg chops
 4tab steers mustard
Green masala
Black pepper 2tab
Lemon pepper 2 teaspoon Steak &chops spice 3tab
Bbq spice 3tab
Olive oil 1 teaspoon

METHOD

Soak chops overnight in water with 1 teaspoon flour and dash lemon juice
Rinse and marinate in all ingredients,cook in a pot and serve with chips or mash and gravy
Bon appetit!
