INGREDIENTS
2 cups white sugar2 cups flour(sift together into s mixing bowl)
½ cup oil½ cup cocoa1 cup water125g margarine(heat and bring to boil in a saucepan)
½ cup Buttermilk2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 teaspoon bicarb of soda(add to dry sifted ingredients)
Add boiled liquid ingredients to flour, fold together, placed in greased rectangular oven tray and bake at 170`deg for 40 minutes…
For sauce/topping:60g butter2 ½ tablespoon buttermilk2 tablespoon cocoa1 ½ cups icing sugar(Heat and melt together and pour over hot brownies)

Tip: cut brownies first so the sauce seeps through and decorate with nuts while still hot)
