1kg steak cut in big cubes
Marinate in red ginger garlic masala,dhanajeero powder, arad (Turmeric), lemon juice,salt and pepper.
Cut 4 big potatoes into rounds(skin on), fry till done and set aside.
Cut colour pepper and onion in rings.
1 tin creamstyle corn
3 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
3 tablespoon tomato puree
3 tablespoon worcester sauce
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
3 tablespoon peri peri sauce
Cook steak until tender.
Layer steak at bottom of a casserole.
Pour corn sauce over.
Layer potatoes, onions and peppers.
Dot with blobs of butter.
Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
