Marinate in Aromat (a South African Spice) Black pepper Chicken spices (I used Mochachos chicken spice and portugese chicken spice) Coarse Red chilli flakes Crushed Garlic Lemon juice
Tomato sauce Mrs balls chutney Mustard sauce Garlic butter
Thread on skewers alternating chicken with tri colour peppers and onion
Grill in oven / braai (bbq)..keep basting with extra marinade...
