INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup flour
¾ cup warm water
¼ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
Half a slab plain cabury chocolate
¼ to ½ a tin Nestlé cream (small)
Plain white chocolate
METHOD
Beat sugar and eggs for about 1 minute.
Than add oil and beat again for 30 seconds.
In a separate bowl mix cocoa and water and stir till the cocoa is well dissolved and add to the above mixture.
Than add the remaining ingredients and beat well.
Scoop into cupcake paper placed in cupcake pans and bake until done.
Topping:
Melt chocolate on the stove and than add neslte cream.
Remove from stove and mix well.
Leave to cool and than smear cake.
Decorate with grated white chocolate
* Makes about 18 cupcakes
