INGREDIENTS
2 cups water
1 cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
Brown sugar or honey to sweeten
METHOD
Bring water to boil and add oats . Add cinnamon and let it thicken a bit. Cook till oats are soft . Add sweetener to pot or in your bowl if you prefer.

For a balanced breakfast have 2 servings or fruit and a boiled egg or 2tbsp of peanut butter spread onto sliced apples
