2 cup flour(36 puris)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon hard ghee (Clarified butter) or (4 teaspoon liquid ghee (Clarified butter))
2 cups hot boiling milk
2 teaspoon baking powder...


Use milk to make a soft dough-add milk as u need ...
Divide dough into 6 equal balls and cut 6 puris per ball =36 puris
