INGREDIENTS
4 slices of Brioche bread cut thicker than a normal slice
2 eggs
4 tablespoon fresh cream
2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon castor sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
dash of v.ess
METHOD
Beat the above and dip bread well into the egg mixture on both sides
Fry in a pan coated with butter till nicely browned
Top with syrup, fresh fruit, ice cream/fresh cream.Serve hot
Enjoy!
