Birds Nest Biscuits

RECIPE

1 egg (seperated)
Mix white with a few drops water and a fork
125g butter
Quater cup sugar
Cream well then add
1 and quater cup flour
1 egg yolk
Make dough..make round balls with dough..dip in egg white and dessicated coconut..make hole in the middle of biscuit
Bake at 180 till golden
When cool fill hole with apricot jam
