250g butter1 cup icing sugarBeat till creamyThen add1 egg1 cup maizena (corn flour)1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla essence2 cups flourMix well till a soft dough is formedRoll dough around tex chocolates..smooth between wax paper..place in freezer for approx 1 hourSlice and bake at 180 till doneSift icing sugar or deco as desired*I used 4 big tex chocs
