INGREDIENTS
*500g beef mince
*2 teaspoon Cartwright spice
*1 teaspoon jeer powder
*arad (Turmeric)
*Salt
*1 teaspoon bbq spice
1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) seeds
*1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
1 sachet tom paste
3 eggs
1 cup milk
*1 teaspoon mild rajah spice
1 cup mix veg
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1cup mix veg
Sugar to sweeten
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Peel and grate onion then add to pot with some ghee (Clarified butter) and added salt helps to brown faster then add Jeeru (Cumin) seeds..
Then add all your spices with
Braise nicely and add your mince then wen halfway done add your mix veggies and mix then add your Tom paste..added some water and let it simmer on low added at 1 tablespoon sugar ...
Then mix your milk eggs and 1 tablespoon flour and some zeal spice for flavour( I mix with a whisk) ...once mince is cooked must not b watery more thick and saucy...transfer to a dish then pour Milk mixture on top of mince
Then bake for 30 - 40 minutes till done. .....serve with white rice...
*Tom gravy to serve with bobotie
Braise onion.little Jeeru (Cumin) arad (Turmeric) paprika and salt then add your grated tomatoes some dhania (coriander) and enough sugar to sweeten...let it boil then add to bobotie after comes out from oven(optional)

What I also do is I make a tomato gravy that goes on top after it comes out from the oven so it's not dry...
