1 teaspoon bbq garlic spice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon dhana jeera
500 grams chicken fillet
½ cup coconut cream
¼ red pepper
400 grams penne gluten free pasta
¼ jalapeno chopped
½ cup Mozarella cheese
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon Olive oil
¼ onion slivered
Parsley for sprinkle
Marinate chicken in first 6 ingredients, cook in butter and set aside.
Cook pasta in boiling water and salt to taste and set aside.
Chop up tomato, red pepper and jalapeno and braise with olive oil.
Combine pasta, tomatoe paste, onion and chicken. Add coconut cream and grated cheese. Lastly serve with sprinkled parsley.
