Ingredients
5 carrots peeled and cubed (allow to dry completely on a paper towel if wet)
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon mustard seeds grinded
5 green chillies slit
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
¼ cup oil; heated to smoking point then cooled to room temperature
Mix the above and adjust seasoning.
Store in air tight glass jar.
Keep in fridge.
