1 Pineapple 1 Onion 1 Green pepper 1 Red Pepper 1⁄2 CUP yogurt 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise 4 tablespoon olive oil 4 tablespoon white vinegar 2 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoon garlic flakes
METHOD: peel pineapple and cut into semi circles. slice onions cut peppers INTO JULIENNE STRIPS. Whisk together the mayonnaise and yogurt. Add the rest of the ingredients to form a mixture. Toss pineapple, onion and peppers in a salad bowl and pour mixture over. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). Enjoy!
