¼ onion sliced fine. Nice fat blob of aamlie (add to boilin water till the juice come out) Handfull of mustard, jeeru (cumin) and peppercorns (crushed all together) 2 red chillies One stick curry leaves 5 cloves fresh garlic (with peel) 2 litres of water
Braize onion in a little oil... When nice and brownAdd your crushed ingredients... Allow to braize for a bit...Than add your chillies, juice on aamlie, garlic, curry leaves and water...Allow to boil til u get a nice fresh herb aroma...Drink hot...
