Saucy Pepper Steak

*Fillet steak cut into strips. *½ teaspoon lemon pepper. *½ teaspoon black pepper pwdr. *½ teaspoon steak and chops spice. *1 teaspoon crushed red chillies. *½ teaspoon chilli powder. *1 teaspoon fine salt. *Ginger garlic.*lemon juice.Onion rings1 med Green and red peppers (strips)2 carrots (jullieaned)
Sauce:2 tablespoon tomatoe sauce. 2 tablespoon steers peri peri or crystals sandwich sauce. 2 tablespoon woester/soya sauce.1 tablespoon mayonaise
METHOD
Marinate steak in spices and cook on low with butter/ghee (Clarified butter)!
In a pan julienne carrots-green and red peppers
saute seperately and add to steak
In a separate bowl mix the ffg sauces:
2 tablespoon tomatoe sauce.
2 tablespoon steers peri peri or crystals sandwich sauce.
2 tablespoon woester/soya sauce.
1 tablespoon mayonaise-mix and add to stir-fry!
Add to steak.. Layer onion rings on top of the steak..
Allow to cook till nice and saucy
Can be served with mash or as a filling for pita
