INGREDIENTS
Mixture A
1 Cup Cake Flower
1 Cup Sugar
½ Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Mixture B
¼ Cup Cacao
½ Cup Boiling Water
½ Cup Cooking Oil
4 Egg Yellow
4 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Mixture C
Beat egg whites stiff
Icing:
1 big bar 1,
1 slab dairy milk choc
1 tin Nestle cream/ideal milk
METHOD
Pre Heat Oven to 180°C
Lightly Grease (Spray & Cook) Oven Pan or Similar size Oven proof casserole
B – Mix the following together in another bowl
Cup Cocoa
Cup Boiling Water
Cup Cooking Oil
Egg Yellow
Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
A - Mix the following together in one bowl
Cup Cake Flower
Cup Sugar
Teaspoon Salt
Teaspoon Baking Powder
Mix A & B together
Fold the Firm Egg Whites into the bowl where A & B was mixed
Add the Mixture to the Oven Pan and bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes
At pre heated oven
Choc icing
Allow choc and nestle cream/ideal milk to boil together..
I add 1 tablespoon cocoa for extra rich bitter taste
Wen choc is melted... Frost your cake ;)
