250ml cake flour (140g) 7ml baking powder 2ml salt 60g Clover Mooi River Salted Butter 5ml dried parsley 125ml water OR Clover Full Cream fresh milk to mix
1.Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl 2.Rub in butter and blend in herbs. Stir in water to bind the dry ingredients and mix to a soft dough. Spoon tablespoonfuls of dough onto simmering meat 3.Cover with lid. Cook the dumplings for at least 15 minutes, making sure that the liquid boils steadily until the dumplings are cooked. Do not lift the lid during cooking period .
