3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon oil
½ packet instant yeast
Mix together dry ingredients. Add oil and enough warm water to form a soft dough. Knead well and leave to rise. Turn out onto a floured surface and roll out abit thickly. Cut into squares and fry in medium hot oil untill brown on both sides.
600g chicken fillet, cubed
Sauté one sliced onion in 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter).
Add chicken with
Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
Cook untill halfway done then add in 1 ½ bunches spinach, finely chopped. Cook untill spinach is soft and tender and water is burnt out. Add in ¾ cup milk mixed with 1 teaspoon mazeina. Cook untill thick.
Lastly add 2full tablespoon of nestle cream.
Slit vetkoek and fill with spinach and chicken. Serve with chips
