INGREDIENTS
½ kilo beef mince
1 medium onion chopped
1 tablespoon green chilies
1 tablespoon ginger
½ tablespoon garlic
1 egg
½ packet chappli kabaab masala (Shan spice)
Cut fine dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Rince mince. Add the above ingredients and mix well, make the
kabaab flat or round and fry in shallow oil until golden brown. Eat
with dhania (coriander) chutney
