INGREDIENTS
dough :
3 cups cake flour
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
3 tablespoon sourmilk
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ cup boiling water
ghee (Clarified butter) for frying
Filling
2 cups chicken fillet
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon red masala
2 teaspoon chicken spice
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tblsn ghee (Clarified butter) or butter
METHOD
place all the ingredients for the filling
together in a pot over meduim heat until
cooked, remove from heat & allow to cool.
combine all the ingredients for the dough
together in a bowl , adding just enough
water to form a soft but manageable dough.
divide the dough into twelve balls , roll
each 1 out on a floured surface, forming a
circle.
spoon the filling over 6 of the circles,
close with the other 6 remaining circles,
pressing edges well to seal..
fry on a hot pan turning several times
using ghee (Clarified butter) as required - until golden
brown on both sides.
