INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs + 1 yolk extra
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup oil
- 1 ½ cup sour cream (substitute : plain yoghurt)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ cocoa powder
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
METHOD
• Preheat your oven at 190°C
• In a bowl beat the eggs
• Add the sugar and beat till it thickens and it becomes white and fluffy
• Add the oil, beat
• Add the sour cream and vanilla essence and beat
• Add the flour, cocoa powder, b.powder and b.soda and mix
• Finally add the choc chips and mix.
• Line the pan with cupcake cases and fill ½ to ¾ up
• Bake at 190°C for 10mns. Then lower the oven to 170° C and let it bake for another 5 to 10mns.
INFO & TIPS
- If you have those new stand mixer that's ideal for it ^^ Otherwise you can use a normal hand mixer.
