Vegetable Spiral Bake

Spiral vegetable bake

I large zucchini
1 large sweet potato or 2 small ones
Slice zucchini & sweet potato very thinly with mandalin or potato peeler

Take a round glass ovenproof dish and layer the ribbons alternately in circles around the dish till it fill the entire dish

Take 1 box of thick fresh cream
2 cloves of garlic crushed
Enough salt & crushed black pepper to taste
Mix it well and pour over veg
Baker in oven at 180 deg till done
