INGREDIENTS
500g Chicken fillet
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon mayo
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground Jeeru (Cumin)
green chilli masala to taste
½ teaspoon garlic
2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 large egg
1 big packet mexican chillie crushed
oil to fry
METHOD
Slit sides of fillet in half,forming 2
thin fillets from 1.
combine all the dry ingredients including
mayo & lemon juice ,add fillets & mix
well.
Dip fillets in egg & coat in crushed
mexican chillie.
shallow fry till gloden brown on both
sides
INFO & TIPS
