Brownie Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup butter softened (152g)
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon water
1 ½ cup flour
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ cup chocolatz chips

METHOD

• Mix butter and sugar until well combined
• Add the eggs and mix
• Add the vanilla essence and water and mix
• Add flour, cocoa powder and b.soda and mix till a thick paste is formed
• Add the chocolate chips and mix
• Scoop on a baking sheet and bake for 7 to 10 mns
