INGREDIENTS
1 back or front leg
1 onion (grated)
3 whole green chillies
1 teaspoon mustard powder
5 cloves garlic
Few whole black peppercorns
5 tablespoon white vinegar
METHOD
Marinate leg in the above ingredients, put on low heat and cook slowly. Once meat is nice and tender add 3 tablespoon worster sauce and ¼ 1b Butter. Leave to cook till nice and brown. Before serving, sprinkle with black pepper and serve with veggies
