Mix together: sumi can ad yellow coloring

1 cup sourmilk.
¾ cup sugar.
2 beaten eggs (keep little aside).
125g melted butter.
Add to the above:
500g selfraising flour.
3 teaspoon baking powder.
Mix to mk dough.
Add little more flour if needed to mk a non sticky dough. Roll/pat out and cut.
Brush wit beaten egg and bake @ 180 till golden.
