Beat altogether for 3 minutes Pour in cupcake cases and bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees .
Red Cake Syrup
1 cup water1 cup sugar½ cup apricot jam1 teaspoon red colour
Boil together for 8 minutes
Dip cooled cake in hot syrupRoll in coconut
