INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
250g stork to bake
¾ cup castor sugar
2 XL eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Pinch salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
+/- 3 cups cake flour (sifted)
METHOD
Beat margarine and sugar till light. Then add eggs and vanilla. Beat in. Add salt and baking powder. Beat in. Then add in flour as needed, kneading by hand until dough comes together. Soft and pliable. Roll between baking paper, cut shapes, place in greased baking pans. Spoon in jam and bake in preheated oven at 180 deg for 7-10min until golden. When cooled store in airtight container.
